  • I am pregnant/nursing, and I want to take care of my skin. Which services are safe for me?
    The major risks for expecting mothers come in the form of topical products that are unsafe during pregnancy, or when nursing. Products that contain chemical exfoliants such as Salicylic Acid should be avoided until your doctor says they are safe to use. Safe services for moms include: Microdermabrasion Dermaplane Facial (the best deep exfoliation treatment for expecting or new moms!)   • Cancellation Policy
    AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT REMINDERS As a courtesy, I send automated 24-hour reminders of your upcoming appointment via text and email, to help prevent accidentally missing an appointment. LATE ARRIVAL If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment I cannot guarantee that you will receive the full treatment and you may be subject to a reschedule fee if we cannot complete the appointment in the scheduled time. I do not like to rush, so please arrive on time and be prepared by following the pre-care instructions given in advance. REQUIRED NOTICE If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice so I may free up the time to other clients. INSUFFICIENT NOTICE Certain appointment types require a deposit to schedule. This deposit can be refunded, or applied to a future booking if you reschedule with sufficient notice (24-hours prior). If you cancel or reschedule without providing 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services which may include the entirety of your deposit. NO-SHOW I consider a “No Show” if you miss your scheduled appointment, or cancel within two hours of your appointment. Should this happen, you will be charged 75% of the services to your card stored on file. A continued history of no-shows may result in refusal of service. VOUCHERS Vouchers are limited to one per person, and are for new clients only. Vouchers are not available for Noon Aesthetics in-clinic skincare and other medical treatments. WHY THIS POLICY? Array Beauty Company operates on a by-appointment-only schedule. When you do not show up for your appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled during that appointment time. Because of this, a fee is charged to compensate for lost revenue. The goal is to provide a stable and healthy environment for clients, as well as myself. With that said, I understand unforeseen things can happen. Please communicate with me if anything unexpected comes up and I will happily work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.     Unfortunately no. This business is a very small, Boutique Medspa focusing on one guest at a time. I do not have adequate space or supervision for children at this time. However, because the office runs by appointment, I can accommodate your schedule almost anytime.
